We picked the layout of our pieces in the slabs specifically because we liked one spot for our island countertop and they did not make it how we asked and refused to remake it for us. They said that it didn't matter what we thought because we were not their customer the cabinet company was. He then said he was good friends with the owner of the cabinet company and I would be wasting my time complaining to him. Thanks for making me feel like I wasted almost $11,000 Lance.

1 great kitchen flawless

They've done our kitchen and 2 bathrooms and we have been very pleased with the product and service. Our counters look great! My only concern is that they are very hard to get a hold of.

On the contrary to the earlier review, our experience with Kruse's Natural Stone and Tile was excellent. Lance (owner) came to our home and took very careful measurements and had good advice on an optional contour. Thanks Lance, it does fit nicely and good job on the installation! We selected the Hanstone Magellan and we are extremely satisfied with the product that will without question outlast our lifetime. Perfect product and excellent service, we give them both thumbs up!

recently had them do my kitchen. It was the worst experience of my life. Pieces didn't fit well, the edge detail was foggy, the seam was terrible honestly think I could have done a better job watching DIY!!!! Not to mention impossible to get a hold of them for anything.
