I sure wish who ever is the mail carrier on sims lane in Spartanburg would learn where burns road is and stop putting their mail on sims lane we are sims lane not burns road. tired of putting mail back in box wrong address.

I am very upset with the post office because someone in my family keeps changing their address to mine so I went up there and asked them to stop letting her do this and the lady at the desk told me that I had to call the 800 number so I did but that is not one of the options that the computer gives and apparently it does'nt have a speak to a representative option so i spent 20 mins on the phone with a computer trying to get help and I still got nothing and then I called the post office back and no one answered. Their should be people at the bank that can help and if not then their should be a live person answering the phone not a computer. I give this post office zero stars but it wouldnt even let me submit my review until I clicked at least one but it is not deserved at all

Excellent place! Very roomy unlike other Post Offices. I've been going there 12 years now.

not very happy with this post office due to the fact they have lost a package containging my blood pressure medicine, and being a kidney transplant patient im worried that it may cause problems having to go at least 5 to 6 days without it
