Francis Eye Center is an independent, comprehensive ophthalmology practice in Spartanburg, SC, serving patients of all ages. Francis Eye Center provides vision screening, eye exams, prescriptions for glasses and contacts, and eye disease and disorder diagnosis and treatment. The center is owned and led by Richard M. Francis, Jr., MD, a board-certified ophthalmologist. Dr. Francis provides complete eye exams, as well as medications and eye surgery, including treatments for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal detachment, macular degeneration, dry eye and more.
