If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. How these clowns stay in business is beyond me? If you like rude people who know very little about what they are selling, then this is the place for you. I've been in many gun shops over my 60 years, and this one has been the worst, hands down. It seems like everyone that works here is having a bad day, and want to make your day bad as well. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems weird, to me, that someone would give this place 5 stars, but then have to explain why they are so ugly to their customers. Find out for yourself, but after my experience, I will never be back. Zero stars.

Five stars all the way! I've dealt with Mr. Dunbar many times over the years, always with positive results. Mr.Zimmerli has also treated me very well. I don't go to a gun shop to exchange hugs. I want good products, acurate advise, and quality service. You get all three with these guys!

They have always been courteous to me. Also prompt to help as well. Shop is clean and fairly well stocked. If you want rude go to Taylors, SC.

Something from all of these replies rings true. Customer service isn't this joint's forte, but it's not from being mean-spirited. These are gruff guys, more suited to shooting (and shooting the breeze with one another) than polished customer service. Nevertheless, I did find them helpful in the end, dispensing good advice. I'll take it over Wal-Mart and its brethren any day.

I shop there a lot and have found everything easy to find and not expensive. The people who work there are nice and knowledgeable about guns. I will tell others about this store.

I don't understand the reviews from the other people. I found both of the people working there to be knowledgeable and courteous. The store is nice, and well stocked. I found exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. I would recommend this store to anyone I know.

The Zimmerli part is helpful, but the Dunbar part has always made you feel like he HATES you or your not worth his time. Dont know how he stayed in business this long. It should be just Zimmerli's. I would go more often. The collection in there aint worth the feeling you get.

I walked in the door today to inquire about a shotgun and have never been more appalled by a retail establishment in my life. The characters running this store (three men in their 50's) were quite possibly the least professional people I've ever met. The man who helped me with the gun I was looking to purchase was overwhelmingly igonorant and didn't know very much about the shotguns I was looking at and continuously made comments that were both inaccurate and false. The man even went so far as to try and convince me that Remington no longer makes the Model 1100. After looking at the gun I inquired about a case and he tried to convince me to purchase a crappy case for $85. I didn't see a need for an $85 case so I asked if he could show me a cheaper case and his reply was "if you want a cheap case go to Walmart." So, long story short, I will never spend another dollar in this store.
