- Primary CareWhen our physicians see new patients in the office, they have most often been referred by their primary care doctor or another physician. We are also happy to have referrals from family members and friends of current patients if the medical difficulty is related to breathing. Our doctors are also consulted by other physicians to see hospitalized patients and often spend large portions of the day in the hospital wards and intensive care units.
- Sleep DisordersCare is restricted to that portion of medicine known as pulmonary medicine or pulmonary diseases. A pulmonary physician is a subspecialist in internal medicine who treats patients with lung or chest difficulties and sleep disorders.

- Internal MedicineDr. Fogarty has been conducting clinical trials since 1990 and has been the Principal Investigator/Sub Investigator in over 200 Phase II – III trials, exceeding expected enrollment in over 90 percent of these trials. He has had two audits by the FDA with no findings. He has presented papers at national society meetings as well as published abstracts, articles and reviews in the areas of pulmonary medicine and internal medicine. Dr. Fogarty is board certified in Internal medicine and Pulmonary medicine.
- Computed TomographyPlease bring any chest X-rays, CT Scan, or lung scans you have had during the past six months. [We need the actual x-rays.] If you have the report from your tests you may also bring it.
