I have been to Dorman Nails multiple times. I went there after going to the nail salon across the street twice and trying one closer to home twice before discovering them. I am so pleased that I changed salons. Each time I go in I am immediately greeted and asked what I want that day. They have a wide variety of colors and even let me bring in my own colors that they did not have. They answer questions honestly and tell you what works best for what you want. I always get the deluxe pedicure (which is the closest thing to Heaven) I have experienced and a fill in and color change. My biggest problem is deciding which color to choose. I have through my own fault messed up my manicure and had to go back and they have never charged me a penny to touch up my nails....even today after a week! They are open 7 days a week which is very convenient. I will never change salons! I highly recommend them!

Use to love them, but they seem to be cutting corners with cheaper polishes and all. You can tell the difference. Manicure and pedicure dont last Sorry to say its time to find someone new.

I am so sorry about services in dorman nails ,the lady sat in the first chair ,I think she is owner but she impolite,she not nice ,she have to learn how to run her business ,and the girl sat in 18 I Realy remember her because every time I come in i still saw her talks phone by blue tube ,I think if your want have more customer ,your have to fix them ,I am come to your salon long time ,but you still have some employees very nice ,the guy have tatoo ,girl has glasses .kim ,but the yuong girl glasses on she have nice services ..on her mouth alway say sweet word ..I hope next time I visit everything organize

HORRIBLE! I was yelled at because my nail was messed up when they put my flip flop back on, & I asked him to please fix it. He called me 'so mean' & said I had 'ugly crooked toes' which I don't! He yelled at me! My toe never got fixed, & when I tried to leave without paying, they tried to barracade me & my elderly mom in!! Craziest thing I've ever seen! We called the cops & r pressing charges. I'm telling u - don't go here! And my pedicure stank - it lasted a whole whopping 15 mins. I would have done no stars if this thing would have let me.

I went there today for the first time. Only my second pedicure and I was instantly in LOVE with Danny!! Ask for him....heis fabulous! My feet are as smooth as a baby's bottom!

This a very clean salon with a very large selection of nail polishes. Also there are always multiple techs working so you always have no wait or a very short wait for your service. I have noticed that the filings job is not always the smoothest, I wish the techs would take a little extra time to ensure that the nails are perfectly smooth. Other than that, the staff is friendly and they give extra long massages and ensure that you have a pleasant and relaxing service.

High end salon for less. The best service in town.
