We purchased a new spa and we could have not been more pleased with whole process. The price was fair and the spa was delivered right on time. They installed it and showed us the proper operation of it as this spa replaced an old one. What we really appreciated was that they removed the old one which was very heavy and they handled it without any problems. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a new spa. We have purchased all our products for the old spa for years at their store which was what lead us to purchase our new one. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

It is a good spa but they should have told us we needed a spa permit in Sparks. How could they not know if this is their business. We would have done schedules much differently if we had known we needed permit and inspections and certain electrical specifications, cover specifications and window space away from spa before. Also would have been good to know about the extra $86 in permit and $200 in electrical needed to meet code even for the smallest portable unit that runs on 110. When we told them about needing permit they said they had no idea.

They are ridiculous overly priced on all their stuff!!! Terrible customer service and very rude!! would recommend Leslie's pool and Spa they have great customer service and you can return anything. and their prices are very good. sun leisure's doesn't even deserve 1 for ratings
