This company does not communicate with their customers. I had to call repeatedly to find out when my items were going to be delivered. I left multiple messages for Dana, the supervisor, over a two week period wanting to discuss customer service issues and she never returned my calls. They were unable to get all of my items on one truck and did not keep an inventory of what was left for Ithe second truck. I was repeatedly told they were "working on it." I called to verify the delivery date for my second load, only to be told that the delivery date had been delayed 3 days. No one had bothered to contact me regarding the change. It is unfortunate that they "assume" that people will be available 24/7 to accept items. If you are unable to be there the day they want to deliver, then you must pay a storage fee until there is another day that is convenient for them. I was told by the corporate office of North American Van Lines that this is their policy. So much for customer service!
