This is a great place to stay for extend lodging. we have been there 3 time in the past 3 years. close to all freeways and walking distance to a local casino. They also have other locations all over Reno.

I don't know what John D. is referring to, but there is just the one location in Sparks. It's pretty clean. They keep the outside picked up and the riff raff out, but it is run-down inside, the curtains aren't hemmed, the blinds are held together with twist-ties, the hot water has a color to it...that sort of thing. Managers are OK until you have a question, problem or complaint. Then, they forget that they wouldn't have jobs if not for tenants. Rude, rude, rude. Before I moved in, the manager swore to me that the wifi was fast and reliable--do NOT believe it. I haven't talked to a single (non-mgr.) resident who can reliably use it. I met several who pay Charter $60/month. Even though it's not the best part of town, and it's on a loud, busy intersection, I do feel safe here. If the staff were even somewhat polite, and if the wifi worked properly for me, I could overlook the rest and stay here for the rest of my time in Reno, but there's NO excuse for this kind of rudeness.
