I received an arrangement as a gift thru this florist, ordered & paid thru Teleflora for the 2014 Thomas Kinkade annual arrangement. I was not home when it was delivered & it was left on my porch & not easily noticed. No notification to advise it had been delivered, but I did find it that night. Upon inspection, it was a shabby, sparse arrangement with an outdated Kinkaid piece! I am a collector of these keepsakes, and it was not the 2014 " Kiss for Santa", but the keepsake issued in 2009!! I took the arrangement to the florist to question the quality & the substitution of the keepsake, and was told they are fully entitled to substitute when they run out of items. This is not true for the Thomas Kinkade, and particularly when no one is advised!!!! They were rude with no apology & no attempt to fix. The sender tried to correct, but received no co-operation either. She cancelled the order. If you are looking for quality and service, do not use this florist.

I have used this small business florist to first support the local business and then found they had nice fresh flowers and the prices were reasonable. However, we have found that they are now smaller bouquets and the price is higher???? I still love this floral store seriously and will continue to use them for my floral needs. I may let them know of my own concerns..

Avoid this florist if you value quality and dependability. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my mom through 1800Flowers, who contracted delivery to the Flower Garden florist in Sparks. Even though the flowers were reported as delivered on Valentine's day with a signature confirmation, my parents did not receive them. Worse yet, when delivery was made one day late, 1/3 of the flowers were wilted and looked so bad , my mother refused the delivery. When contacted about this issue, the manager of the shop apologized for the missed delivery on Valentine's Day, claiming that they were too busy to deliver the flowers. So, then why did this florist report to 1800Flowers and me that the flowers were delivered in the first place if they knew the delivery never took place? I will not do business with them ever again, and I hope that 1800Flowers removes them from their list of local contacts in Reno. I will be letting them know about my horrible experience with the Flower Garden.
