This pharmacy has the most rude terrible people I have ever dealt with. They were even talking about people being addicts and people heard their conversations. There is always a problem and they purposely made me wait an hour to get my prescriptions when I was ill. I can't believe their corporate office let people like this work there. The worst!!

Good Morning, I dont usually write letters unless I am upset with a company; however praise is in order this time and should be noted. The CVS on Oddie Blvd. Has been is the closest to a "family" Pharmacy that I have come across sense I was a kid and they gave up lollypops lol Everyone I have interacted with has been courteous, professional, friendly and just a pleasure to do business with. They are truly providing Customer Service in a world where no one understands the definition of the word, like they used to. Today I Spoke with an EXCELLENT young lady who is employed in the pharmacy named KELLY today, she who made me feel like she truly cared about my well being. She was friendly, patient and her sparkling personality made me smile. GREAT JOB TO THE CVS on Oddie and THANK YOU KELLY!!!!!!!!!!! These employees should get recognized for providing outstanding customer service, Thank You for your time, Cathy Stratton
