Spanish Fort High School offers educational services to students in grades 9 through 12. It provides lessons on various subjects, including English, mathematics, technology, and family and consumer science. The school also offers sessions on art, health education, driving, Spanish, French, and instrumental and choral music. Spanish Fort High School organizes several extracurricular programs that include mathematics team, videography club, student government association and the National Honor Society. It also provides a variety of athletic activities that includes baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, volleyball, cheerleading, swimming, and track and field. Spanish Fort High School is affiliated with the Baldwin County Public School District, which provides transportation and food services to students. The school is located in Spanish Fort, Ala.
