When my mother passed away I wasn't sure what to do or where to start. I called a few funeral homes in Utah and they made me feel like I should know what to do. My mom passed away during Thanksgiving. I was starting to feel overwhelmed then I called Legacy and spoke to the kind lady one the other end. She asked me all the relevant questions. She told me that I would receive a phone call from Lance very shortly. Sure enough, Lance called me but I still didn't know what to say, except that my mom had passed and her body was at the coroners office and that I was in Las Vegas awaiting for my husband to come home from Afghanistan. Lance Nelson was very patient and understanding, and very kind. I would recommend him to anyone.
Legacy Funeral Home in Spanish Fork, Utah that is run by Lance Nelson was the most memorable experience when it came to obtaining his service. I called many funeral homes around here on Memorial Day and all gave me ‘We will get back with you tomorrow.’ However, when I called Legacy Funerals, Lance came to the home within hours to help with arrangements. The prices were very exceptional and ideal as other funeral homes were way above and beyond our budget. In addition, Lance was available 24/7 and kept us inform daily along with great communication with everyone involved. Our family was so impressed with the way they took over things in a professional manner and helped us with our sorrow, along with willing to accommodate our traditions. Legacy Funeral is about helping the family with quality, NOT to make a profit!! Most definitely recommend Legacy Funeral Home to everyone! Legacy Funerals & Cremations isn't your run of the mill mortuary. They care about what they are doing and most important they care about the families. They are very trustworthy and do all they can to make your day easier. They also make it about remembering the person and what important role they had in the lives of others rather than 'just someone who died'. Overall great place to go when you need their services.
