Larsen Elementary is a part of the Nebo School District, which serves more than 26,000 students through over 30 elementary, middle and high schools. The school provides general academic programs to more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade six. It conducts classes in language arts, math, science and social studies. It provides advanced educational programs for gifted and talented students. Larsen Elementary offers speech and language therapies for students with special needs. The school also organizes several after-school programs that include a chess club and foreign language classes. It operates a parent-teacher association that conducts various types of fundraising activities and special events, such as reading programs, book fairs and carnivals. In addition, it offers a range of student activities related to art, music and physical education. The school provides meals, guidance counseling and health care.
