I have been taking my dog to Alese since July 2011. She has done a great job; she is very nice and patient and I really like that she gets my dog done not long after I bring her. I have been to groomers in the past and they would keep her all day long. She will text me a reminder of the upcoming visit and that is helpful.

Had my ShihTzu groomed here yesterday for the first time. So impressed shop was nice and clean. The groomer Alese was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. My dog looked great and was happy. I would highly recommend her to everyone. I love the fact that she knows how long it will take and only one dog at a time so they do not have to sit in a cage all day !

I take my dog to Darling Doggy Cuts every 8 weeks and I have never had anything but good experiences with Alese. She is gentle and knows what she is doing. My dog loves her and so do I. I would definately recommend her to any of my friends.

I am the owner and would like to explain. This woman brought me her EXTREMELY matted poodle mix and asked it be shaved to avoid frequent visits to the groomer. The poor thing's coat came off in big snarled pieces. While shaving his stomach, my clipper caught a small piece of skin. (The dog didn't move, yelp, or notice at all.) When the woman's daughter picked up the dog, I informed her what happened. 3 days later, she called and left a message asking $200 for a vet bill. She waited 3 days to take her dog to a vet for what she claims was a serious injury that "almost killed her dog". The cut recieved from my clipper was much too small for stitches, but I offered $100 for any inconvenience I caused. Sadly, any groomer, no matter how experienced, will occasionally cut a dog. I always have and will continue to pay for mistakes I make, but I will not take the blame for an owner's own neglect. I feel terrible for the poor little dog and hope in the future she cares better for her pets.

Horrific exsperience! After my dog was 'groomed' he had to be taken to the vet. He had to stay the night at the vet and received two layers of stitches on of staples. I asked Elise, the 'groomer' to pay half of my $400.00 vet bill. Was never able to speak to her after two phone calls. I had to speak to skyler, no idea who he is! He offered to pay $100.00. I refused that offer he then said he wished my dog had died and if he saw my dog he would shoot him. Had to rate in order to submit review.
