I presented to Total Med Solutions w/Groupons for the purpose of plumping my lower lip and having my forehead injected with Dysport. I only wished to purchase one syringe of Juvederm and an adequate amount of Dysport; ultimately this did not happen! After a second visit and three syringes later on my lips, I was left with severe bruising, disfigurement and a lop-sided upper lip. My forehead reflected no indication of ever having the correct amount of Dysport. Subsequent, I had to have the Juvederm surgically removed leaving my upper lip lop-sided and uneven in appearance. I incurred $1700+ in cost to become disfigured. All calls to office were ignored when voicing my concerns. Ironically, I was later solicited to come back due to their advertised specials. I wasted my money at the Total Med Solutions and do not recommend this spa for professionalism.
