I have been a patient of Dr. Minotti for injury to shoulder and arthritis in my thumbs. PRP has helped immensely and relieved pain in my thumbs and repair to my shoulder.

After a year had passed my treated PRP knee started to react and click when doing certain yoga poses especially when moving from warrior 2 position into triangle pose

Two months ago I was treated again, with PRP therapy. Remarkably, I now feel no click or sharp pain when bending my knee into warrior 2 nor straightening my knee into triangle pose.
I am very happy to be moving without pain.

This is the 2nd time I've used Dr. Minotti for PRP repair. First was really bad bursitist in both hips 3 years ago. Both are healed and still doing well. This time I came to him with torn shoulder rotator cuff. After 2 PRP injections, 8 weeks apart, my shoulder feels completely healed. No surgery!!! I will ALWAYS recommend seeing Dr. Minotti first before considering any surgery. His staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I was originally shopping for a doctor/clinic to have stem cell therapy for my arthritic knees. Dr. Minotti explained that he could certainly do the stem cell therapy, but he felt PRP would likely give me similar results based on my age and the current status of my knees. I so appreciate this honest transparency. I had $10k burning a hole in my pocket as I was focused on stem cells but the doctor recommended a $1000 solution. He was right. My knees felt significantly better when I walked out of the office after the procedure and have continued to improve over the last 8 weeks. I'm able to do lunges and other exercises again.

Dr Minotti is the absolute BEST. Everytime I see him, I get relief from my pain. I am so thankful I found him years ago and he has kept me functioning and mobile. I have always had good results from any treatment I have received in his office. He is well informed and communicates this information well. All of the office staff are execellent.

Clean office, safe protocol, and always willing to educate (let's be frank, many of us don't know the first thing about PRP). I felt that I knew exactly what to expect before/during/after my PRP procedure on my hip (gluteal tendonopathy). My pain was gone within 24 hours and, after another few days of soreness, my hip feels brand new. It's been two months since the treatment and no issues, not even a single second of pain in the treated areas. Highly recommend the procedure and Dr. Minotti/his staff.

Arthritis in my finger joints was getting worse and simple tasks caused a lot of pain. Also was experiencing loss of strength in hands. Dr Minotti was able to walk me through various options and help me make an informed decision on what treatment plan was best for me. I chose to go with PRP and although the treatments were uncomfortable, they worked! I had my first treatment on the most damaged joints and all but a couple were now pain free. I opted to do a second treatment and now everything is pain free. My joints are flexible and not aching. I can sew and do all my projects without any pain. I also had a stress fracture in my foot that was not healing with conventional methods. Dr. Minotti walked me through the PRP process and was able to get me back on my feet with just one treatment.
