Very Intimate Pleasures is a great place to shop for lingerie, sex toys, and other intimate products. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always go out of their way to make sure you're happy. I highly recommend them!

We were at your southington store on 2/19/15 at 9- 9:30pm and We have made many purchases in the past , however tonight we found the service to be at an all-time low, as we shopped up and down the isles picking out a few different toys to be tested the staff came over to be of assistanced and took the items to be tested over to the table we told her that we would be over shortly as we were still shopping - they seem to be aggravated that we were still picking items -stating that you cannot try that many items ! Why not we were the only people in there at this moment with 4 staff members milling around the store -then she started bring over vibrators to us in the middle of the isles with the batteries in them for us to see I found this to be unprofessional and felt extremely rushed as we decided to just go see what we had already picked for trial the sales girl "friend" showed up it' took about 20 minutes for her to put the batteries in one toy due to her talking to her friend about Facebook I phones and the next time they can get together to "party" Needless to say I was quite aggravated about the lack of attention and time it was taking her to perform a task because she was talking and would stop what she was doing to talk - it was apparent that she was aggravated that she had to trail more than two vibrators but with your return policy being what it is and spending over a hundred dollars on one item you kinda want to be sure your getting what you want ,if it was already not so late I would've taken my business elsewhere we did spend 179 dollars that probably would've been over 500 if your staff was more accommodating I was so aggravated that I just pick a few things without being satisfied but I just wanted out i have to say it will be a long time if ever if we return to VIP We feel that someone hire up should know what is happening at this location. Sincerely one unhappy customer
