I wish I could give this place a zero. Do not move here. Margene, the manager is useless and lazy. She is ethically and morally bankrupt and does not do anything that don't include a beer and a cigarette. She not only won't fix anything in this total dump, but will actually tell you not to call her if you call to request any repairs. She is immature, uneducated and does not honor the lease or even state laws. She is almost never on the property because she also works at Old Towne Villa and stays there where she can't be reached to hear the complaints or repair requests. Her fat, useless son Darrel, the maintenance man mentioned in the first review absolutely does go in to apartments when he sees the renter leave, he has plenty of time since he sleeps all day on the couch in the office and yes he watches you leave. I have heard from other tenants that things came up missing in their apartments. I am convinced he is the culprit. Besides theft, his other favorite past time is sexually harassing the female tenants. If you call for maintenance, he will tell you that he will only come if you answer the door naked. After he said this to me, I hired outside help to get repairs done. They do not do a good job screening their residents and there was a double murder in the building across from the office and no they didn't install security cameras, lights or locks after the fact. My car was hit in the parking lot 3 times and they did not pay for it and threatened me with eviction upon complaining. That's their answer to any complaint you make, you'll be threatened with eviction and if they have no legitimate reason to evict you, they will just quit the lease. My time there was total hell and I'm happy I'm gone and I feel for those stuck there. Save yourself the aggravation, cuz the only happy day there will be the day you move.

Get a camera before you move here. If you walk past or drive past the maintinance mans apartment he knows your gone. Management is terrible and employees are crooked. Neighbors are nosey and noisy. Frequantly irritated by inconsiderate neighbors. This place has air, pool, laundry, bbq but not worth the headache. They offer affordable spacious living, that is all you really get.
