      Couldn't get into my mailbox so thought that I would have to have the lock replace. Called and they suggested using WD-40 and presto it works. Could easily had taken the job, come out and put on a new lock and then I'd be out some money, but, instead he was honest and helpful.

      Rude, untimely, and over priced.

      Replaced locks, used junk. Rude not friendly in the least. There prices are sick and I would not use for anything ever!
