I went to the Southfield location as a walk in and was a bit skeptical. My fears were quickly put to rest by the ladies in the salon. Great service, customer service and very clean environment. The shop prices are on the high end but the service is well worth it. The recommendation I would majes is to schedule a appointment for faster service. I would definitely go back soon.

I have gone to this location for approx 6 months. The ladies are always friendly and helpful. Although I feel the price is at a premium the environment and friendly service is well worth it. I purchased very cheap hair (on a budget) and it stayed in! I maintained the hair for more than 6 weeks. Thank you ladies - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to experience the great customer service that others have been raving about. On 2/12/14 I spoke with the mgr Toccarra over the phone to explain what I wanted. She was very friendly. I explained to her that I had a U-Part(3/4 wig) along with a lace closure that I wanted installed. She assured me that she understood exactly what I wanted and quoted me a price. I went to the shop on 2/15/14 excited about getting the install but was very much so disappointed that the receptionist stated that I must have misunderstood the price quote and said it was going to be an additional $35. I asked her to please call the mgr I spoke with, she did only to come back with a smirk and stated that Toccarra did not confirm my story. I was in shock. So many great reviews on thier site as well as instagram. I called Toccarra today 2/17/14 to see if I could talked to her directly, she stated that she did not quote the price and would need to see the unit. This baffled me. I ended the call with her because it was going nowhere. I am big on customer service and this is very poor service. I attempted to try and add a compliant on their site only to find that you cant. This makes it even more clear to me that the service cannot be that great. When a business disables the opportunity to add comments and only shows the great says a lot. Well I contacted thier competitor The Weave Shop" and was able to get it installed for $5 less than what Toccarra quoted :-). When a business does not stand by thier word then there is no reason to stand by thier business!
