I told them what I wanted and what I could do financially and in 15 minutes they came back with the deal. I drove off the lot in my new car. I sent them 3 other customers that day, one also bought on the spot, the other two are still under consideration. These guys are great

The early bird dropoff box was very convenient. The call to let me know what was wrong with my car and update me on service was good. The availability of a shuttle that picked me up from work was great.

I had a very disappointing oil change at Tamaroff. It took forever (around 2 hours). I called to see if there would be a wait before going, was told there wouldn't and when I dropped the car off they told me it would be quick. I was there with my 3 children and never was given a reason for the huge delay....

Service on my car is always good, I love Mark Prebee, he's the best. Only issue I had was with the checkout. When Amanda is there, there's no problem. Mark was with me at the window on my last visit. There was a guy there and the girl with long brunette colored hair. They were talking and it took at least 15 to 20 seconds before someone got up. Neither of them said they would be with me in a moment. The guy finally got up and Mark ran my car through the car wash. I've had a problem with the girl before, she never said a word, she just kept talking to him as he finished my paperwork. I was surprised they did that while Mark was standing there. I understand being busy, but acknowledge the customer and say something. The girl has done the same thing before, I complained last time because I waited like a minute and finally said can I check out and have my keys. Apparently nothing has been done about her, that's the 2nd time she done that to me . Too bad for Tamaroff

Great and speedy service!

I called the dealership the day of for an oil change and they got me right in at noon the same day. The customer service was great and Mark Prebee notified me that my back lights were out and went out of his way to replace them for me. It was a great experience and I will go back in the future!!
