      i.e., A local favorite, This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, you can never get a hold of anyone from the cooperate office, and there is no one at the onsite office who knows who you speak to. I have been trying to sell my home through them, but I cant because they only use one company so it will never sell, they only want to give me 20000 for my home and they sold it to me for 35000 and I owe 36000. so they will give me 20000 and turn around and sell it again and make a Hugh profit, what please dont ever buy a home through them.or highly recommended because

      The worse management company I've ever had to deal with. Unprofessional and no one ever responds to any issues regarding maintenance mold issues or move-in and move- out issues.
