Just left Outback Southfield. They told us there would be a 15 minutes wait. Most of the tables were empty just needed to be bused. After 15 minutes there were still 2 people in front of us. Really bad management.

Lazy and rude staff. Walked in Sunday afternoon 3:30 and was told 45 minute wait. Looked like there were a total of 7 family/couples eating? Wait staff was scarce. Decided to take a tiny table in the bar area. Waiter walked by us twice not acknowledging us at all. Bartender was never behind the bar. Other people stood around the bar waiting on their food or drink refills. Sat there before 15 minutes before we decided to leave. I would have starved to death. Second time having a terrible experience at this location in a 10 yr span. No idea how this location has managed to stay open for as long!

Don't even deserve 1 star. Over an hour we waited, setting at our table, before our food arrived. Waited 21 minutes at our table before any order was taken. Waited 47 minutes before we received bread, drinks, or salad. Complained to manager but the poor and slow service continued. A manager called me Tuesday to discuss our issue. We were at tiger game and asked if she would call back. She said she would. Well, she hasn't. Not surprised. Customer service starts at the top. I have been to the outbacks for years ....we usually go to the one on Saginaw because we lived up there and just moved down here. It was a weekly dinner for us. We will never go back to this one, especially since that manager couldn't even call me back!
