absolutely a great sales and service experience. the sales person and manager went out of their way to meet my needs and they even helped me get financed after i had been turned down at other dealerships. even though i had some credit issues they treated me respectfully and are helping me reestablish my credit. bernard the manager was the best. i am now driving a kia spectra that still has a great warranty, and the guys at glassman kia made it happen.
