It's the canidate that the company normally wants to be forthcoming but i want Credit acceptance to be a better more truthful company. I applied to them and went through a 2 part interview. One over the phone and one in person. The recuiter put me through to the second part of the interview but the company turned me down. First i went to the 12 mile rd location because "alot of people do that" because they don't specify that when giving you the info for the interview. I still arrive an hour early, in which i'm made to wait on a panel interview that wasn't even happening! They made me wait until after my appointment time just to say we're sorry but the hiring manager's weren't available. I interview with what i think is regular employees and they still don't hire me.
