We used this company in 2015 for snow removal and all was well.

In 2016 we contacted them again during the first big snow of the season on December 11 so that they would arrive on December 12. They did not arrive and they did not call or contact us to state that they would not be arriving. On December 13, however, when they did arrive, the driver crashed into our garage causing us to have to have it replaced.

After telling us that he believed that another random company probably decided to plow our driveway before he arrived (????) and ran into our garage, the owner finally stated that he would contact his insurance company. Well, AGR Bob does not have liability insurance and the owner has not reimbursed us. He has stated that he is a senior citizen and cannot pay.

This is not a business excuse. Beware!
