I recently reached out to acenet support for assistance in moving a cpanel from one account to another. They were very responsive, worked with me to select a good time to do the switch, and made the entire process very painless for me.

I was originally a little bummed that they didn't offer phone support, but they are so responsive through their ticket system that I really don't miss the phone support.

I performed some automated software updates and ended up breaking something (I do Windows, not Linux). A couple of my valued apps no longer worked. While I did do backups it wasn't enough to fix them. I contacted support, told them I goofed somewhere, and if they could help. The Linux Systems Engineers fixed my problem and I was back up and running in less than 24 hours! Everything was back to normal, like nothing happened; I was so relieved!

Once again the team quickly came to my rescue and fixed the issue. They are fantastic!
