Can't even get appt. person to call me back here, had to go in to make appt for yearly physical. Then it was an 6 month wait. Phone call messages are rarely returned. When calling to make appt. you have to leave a message for them to call you back and they seldom do but if and when they do hope that you catch them because if they have to leave a message for you to call them back, you guessed it,you end up leaving them another message and play phone tag. Once i had a test that needed a surgeon's second opinion(and was told nothing except i needed the 2 opinion) and i made the mistake of letting them make the appt for me. I was sick and nauseated and worried for 2 weeks before i ever heard anything back from them for just the appt. I don't know what happened to them they use to be so good at pt care. I think they have started doing cosmetic stuff in the office, maybe too busy for other things? I am finding another dr. will not go back and do not recomend them for anything or anyone.
