RUN, RUN, RUN! Don't walk, RUN away from Assured Financial and find a direct lender that KNOWS what they're doing! Our experience was horrible and they stalked us after we took our business to another lender, who was able to process our loan in ONE week, vs the five weeks Assured had and they still couldn't get it done! RUN!!!
