Founded in 1923, O & G Industries is one of the largest construction companies in the Northeastern United States. The company provides building construction management, design/build, heavy highway construction, transportation, environmental remediation and construction materials, such as redi-mix concrete, bituminous paving materials, quarried stone aggregates and masonry products. It specializes in educational, health care, interstate, bridge and mixed-use construction projects. In addition to its headquarters in Torrington, Conn., O & G Industries has branch offices in Bridgeport and Southbury, Conn. The company also maintains asphalt, concrete, masonry, and sand and gravel plants.
