Pro: Friendliest bank around and always wanting to help in any way they can. Con: Archaic Online Banking system doesn't even come close to what you would expect in 2013. They only rely on basic security features. Their bill-pay system needs a lot of work. I've already had an issue with one of their checks not clearing despite having funds available. Last but certainly not least: They do not have a smart phone app.

I was not treated like a customer when I entered the bank. I did not feel welcome.
