These guys are great! I've used them several times and have always been more than satisfied but my most recent experience with them was outstanding. I called to have somebody picked up at Logan on a weekday afternoon at 4:30pm. I called with rather short notice but Ruben said he could do it no problem. The next day I got a call from Europe saying the flight was delayed and the new pick up time would be midnight the next day. I called Ruben with the change. Later same day I got another call saying the flight was now going to arrive at 9am the following day. Again I had to call Ruben with the change in plans. I'm thinking, this guy must be getting sick of me. His answer every time I called with a change? "No problem!" Don't know about you folks but I don't get that level of professional customer service very often these days.
