Established in 1971, LeBoeuf Rubbish Removal started out with one man and a dump truck. Serving the local community with a commitment to providing reliable service to our customers at a fair price. LeBoeuf Rubbish Removal is still a family run business with truly professional employees who care about the customers needs and provide quality service.

Far and away the worst service I've ever experienced. After five years with them, we moved out of state, and they attempted to force me to pay another five years because I hadn't notified them of cancellation 60 days prior. We didn't even KNOW 60 days prior to the end of our five-year term that we would be moving OUT of state! All he could offer me (after laughing at me) was one month of free service.
It took a complaint to the BBB and Attorney General to get them to drop our services. Here we pay $48 for three months service; LeBoeuf charged us $120 (with a fluctuating fuel surcharge) for three months.
I had minimal problems until we requested a change in our contract, and then they turned into the most rude and rotten people I have ever dealt with. Everyone else I've spoken with says they had the same experience.
Be aware going in--you're LOCKED in for five years (and they make NO exceptions.) And if you are going to cancel, you have to notify them 60 DAYS prior to the end of that five-year term.
And while the back of the contract I signed stated it was a five-year term, it says NOTHING about a cancellation policy. I, along with the BBB and Attorney General's office, all asked for a copy of said cancellation policy and still haven't received it.
All I asked is to put the containers back where they got them, on the left side and inline with mailbox. The containers were left in the middle of my driveway and in the way of the mailman. I called 3 times to ask if they could put the containers back where they got them. The 3rd time I called I talked to the owner and asked one more time. He was very rude and should not be dealing with his customers. I told him to pick up his containers asap. OMG...
The worst customer service!!!
This has to be the worst trash company around. The customer service is absolutely awful and rude. Beware of the hidden fees that they will charge. I will be sure to tell everyone that will listen to use another company.
