I'm so glad I chose O'Brien! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor took time to give me two exams without paying an extra copay. I'm very happy with their services.

Terrible staff! Doctor's OK, but nothing like his Dad that started the business. They're in a fancy new building and make every effort to pay for it though sales. I recently tried to make appts for my family and they told me they no longer take our insurance. My insurance provider have them listed under my plan, maybe it's because I called them on a shoddy pair of glasses my son got last year? Stay away at all costs!

The title says it all. The doctor was very nice and my daughter liked him but the lady at the front desk was rude and arrogant and acted like she was the queen of England. They are kind of expensive but we have actually gotten 3 pairs of glasses here since the doctor seems really knowledgeable. The last time we were there, the front desk lady was so rude that I'm shopping for a different eye doctor. There's about 50 eye doctors in Desoto County. Go find a different one.

Go in for contacts and glasses pay for contact exam and then pay again for contacts. Wore glasses my whole life and every year get both but they won't listen to common sense nor reason. Had 4 other Drs but this one charges you twice. So go anywhere other than here.
