Provided by YPmobileVery good food and service no problems so far with our visits. Food always cooked like we ask. Waitress and host were very nice also. It was on a Saturday which is very busy and a short wait time.

Provided by YPmobileMade a reservation for a party of 30, never was told over the phone that they don't make these type of reservations. This should have been told on the front end. HAlf of group standing over an hour.

Provided by YP.comThe food at Kublai Khan is great but the attitude of the servers and greeters leaves a lot to be desired. I went in with my sister to eat and we were looking forward to a good meal. The lady who was leading us to our seats did not ask us where we wanted to seat. It was only when she tried to get us to sit in front and we asked for a booth instead that things got worse. The attitude from then on was just bad. Our server took way too long to top off our water, but she would always apologize for the wait. There were not a lot of people around so we did not know why it took her so long to top off our water. To be quite honest, I am dreading going back there. The service is very poor and that overshadows the great food available there.

Provided by YPmobileNormally this place is good but today we start eating and I feel need to use restroom, when I go in men's room two of the cooks are hugging garbage throwing up. They then go back to cook table to cook using same dirty throw up rag to wipe hands and face. I reported to manager and no action was done towards my bill even tho I refused to eat any more. I will never go here again or advise anyone either.

Provided by YPmobileThe food was great!!!! The whole trip would have been great too if one of the employees hadn't brought a bad attitude to work with him. Don't know what that guys problem is but it happened the last two times we went and the whole group caught it. We went on and enjoyed our night despite his efforts to ruin it. I hope for his sake his poor life doesn't get worse. :)

Provided by YPmobileWe went the other night and it was really nice building your own meal for the night. Food was fantastic and so was the service. You create your own meal so if you don't like your food it's your fault.

Provided by YPmobileThe hostess and waiter were very welcoming, generous, and polite. The menu has more variety/selection than Ghenghis Khan. The food was served hot and tasted good!.

Provided by YP.comBad experience! Service POOR, food average, music TOO LOUD to have conversation. Would advise to pass on this place. Wait staff could not give back correct change. "We can't break a $ 20.00." Really?

Provided by YP.comis going to be one of my favorite place to go out and eat with the family...so many choices. something for everybody. and if you are a sushi and shashimi lover, you will love this place. my husband does not like sushi/shashimis and I do. this place he can have whatever he wanted and so can I.

Provided by YP.comWATCH YOUR MONEY. My daughter and I had dinner there Sunday. First, my daughter order was wrong. Second, I asked for my check and it was less than what we had. I told the waitress, she recharged my card and gave me a copy of both receipts. The incorrect amount was not credit back to my account. When I took both receipts to the restaurant the manager was rude and told me I need to get a bank statement in order to get my money back. He said "IF "I was charged he will give me my money back .I asked could I print a copy of the statement from the internet. He said NO it had to be the original statement.
The only reason they got one star from me because you have enter something in order to post my review.
I can't understand why this restaurant thinks they can take your money and get away with it.
