The worst experience of my bride days was when I decided to stop there for a headpiece for my wedding day. The salesperson Stephanie sold me a display headpiece that had a missing pearl. I asked if the had any new ones in the back and she promised they did. It took her soooooo long in the back finding it. She came out with the headpiece (not wrapped in plastic covering to indicate it was new) and rushed it inside of a box and wrapped it up and sold it to me FULL PRICE. Later when I got home..(3hours away) I noticed what they had done!! Looks like she super glued a pearl from a pear necklace due to the holes though the pearl.. And sold it to me thinking I would wear this on the most special day of my life!!!!!!!!!!! The manager tried to cover up for the associate and I am still unhappy.

Wonderful!! The people there are very friendly and willing to help. The first time I went there was actually just a walk-in, so all the workers were busy, but they did find plenty of time to make my shopping experiance personal and stress free. I greatly apprecaite the store and the workers and I will be returning and refering my friends. _
