As a long time customer of this location 18966,I'm still amazed by lack of care and up keep.Outside is dirty ,with trash overflowing etc.Inside,more often than not ,after hours package drop is jammed .

I would put 0 stars if it was possible. I sent a birthday present PRIORITY MAIL to a relative out of state. The postal processing destroyed the pkg so was never delivered. The birthday was ruined. The pkg came back to me. I have spent 5 weeks trying to get a refund from these people. All they seem capable of doing is taking the 4 phone messages and 2 visits that I've made trying to get a response from the Southampton postmaster who is never there or capable of returning a phone call. This has been a disgrace. All to recover $5.95. Use UPS or Fed Ex. They at least deliver as promised.
