I had my heater and air conditioner replaced by Christian Heating and could not be happier with the experience. Everything went very smooth from the beginning until they finished installing the system.

I saw their web site and thought these guys where the best.WHATa surprise I got .I need a new heat pump and what to add my basement to the system. The estimator looked at me like I had 3 heads.He was unable to size or design a paper airplane, let alone a heating system. He push the lesser quality brands of heating equipment and charged twice the price. What a waste of time !!!

They arrived promptly and seemed friendly and competent. After several months of repeated attempts to contact them, to no avail, they finally sent me a bill for 8 hours work out of the blue. The work order they sent was not the one I signed on the day they arrived to fix the problem. I don't know if they are disorganized, incompetent or thieves. I only know I will not be calling them again.

Great Website, horrible service! Good career move Christian HVAC! Everything was great until I paid them. When the issues started with their equipment that's when I saw absolute ignorance to my needs. What happened to customer service and staying behind your work? Nothing happened to it, it's just that none of the above were Christian's HVAC's values to begin with. I found another contractor to fix my problem and paid for it myself as I couldn't wait for the heat to come on, I have two little kids in the house. Never ever will I call them again

Christian Heating & Air Conditioning was honest, helpful and made sure the job I received was what I needed and within budget.

I had an appointment scheduled with Christian Heating and Cooling. I heard of them before but was looking for a local Heating and Cooling company for one of my clients (I'm a Realtor). I was scheduled to meet someone from Christian's at 1pm at my clients home.....well, needless to say they didn't show up!! Apparantly, while I was one the other line, they had called to verify that "I" was showing up for the appointment at 12:52.. When I called back at 1:05, they said that they had moved on to the next appointment and that they could SQUEEZE ME IN, afterwards. Well, I had to leave my office at 12:30 to make the appointment and I wasn't waiting around for them all day. I had called a week earlier to schedule an appointment, but I guess they were too busy and this was there way out. Since I deal with numerous clients about potential heater certs and heating and cooling issues.....I won't be referring Christian to anyone anytime soon. My advice to you is to keep looking for someone better!
