This is THE worst store. Not only did my $400 bag shed its "painted on" faux leather exterior but it stained my clothes and my leather seats in my Mercedes. I only had the bag for four days when this began happening. I used the bag 3 times to lunch with friends and once to walk around town. Not exactly "wear and tear"-ing it out. I returned to the store to explain my experience to the sales clerk, a.k.a monster and she THREW ME out of the store before I even got to explain when my request was. I was swatted out of the store like a fly. She THREW a complaint form at me and said "I don't have time for this". I suppose she saw me coming in with the bag in it's original dustbag and knew what was coming. She must get upset customers all day due to the quality. When a store has a complaint form as a way to communicate with their customers instead of simple conversation that tells you something. I wouldn't have given it 1 star, not even a dot but the site requires at least one.
