Since they switched from Keyspan, my bill has not been correct. I am going in person today to the While's Path office and try to rectify this matter once and for all. So far, my bank has faxed proof of payment twice and so far it has not been recorded on my statement. This has been going on for over a year and I am very tired of having to prove that my payments are current, on time, and accurate.
