Just got our 21 foot H2O today. What an amazing boat. More amazing was the treatment I received from A&S. A&S really wants their boat owners to have an incredible boating experience. The service I received from Gil, Charlie, and Rick was wonderful. The treatment from Mark P was well beyond my expectations. The experience could not have been any better. Mark took a lot of time to go over safe boating, boating equipment, proper maintenance of the engine and hull, how to safely navigate the CT River, how to tie up a boat and so much more. He showed me how to drive the boat on the river and let me drive as long as I wanted until I felt comfortable in the river. I can honestly say I feel I have received a blessing having met Mark P. He treated me with so much genuine care and concern as if I were his son. I am so grateful to Mark and the great folks at A&S. If you want a great boat, a wonderful experience and incredible sincere and fair people, I would highly recommend A&S Boats.
Have bought two Chaparrals from A&S and will definitely buy my next boat from there. Have had several repairs done over the years and they are always done correctly and at a fair price. In fact I think I pay less here because the repairs are done right the first time and quickly. The waterski supplies may be pricier than getting them on the Internet but I get to see them firsthand before purchasing (and get immediate gratification!).
I bought my brand new Moomba LSV from A&S and I love it! The sales team was very helpful with getting me everything I wanted on the boat. They have a HUGE waterski/wakeboard proshop with tons of boards in stock and they have excellent prices and know the product. I highly recommend them for future purchases.
Watch out, they may seem nice, but remember that they're salesmen, even the owner. They outright lied many times during and after the sale. I'm steering clear next time around.
Careful... missing things off of our boat. Sloppy. Left parts and tools. Claim work was done, yet you can see it was not. If possible, look elsewhere for service.

You guys were truly a pleasure to deal with. You were on time, kept your promises, and your attention to detail was excellent. You made buying the boat a great experience.
And oh ya, the Chaparral is incredible. I'm so glad I didn't buy any of the other brands. But once I learned the facts, saw the other brands, buying a Chaparral was a VERY EASY DECISION!

You both know my personality type having worked through the sale of my boat, and I'd be the first person to let you know if I was unhappy about an issue. Hi, I'm writing this review after just picking my up latest Chaparral from A & S Boats. This is the third Chap I've bought from A & S, and per usual, they have not let me down. It was spotless upon delivery, and everything was installed just as I had asked for it to be. The first two deliveries went perfectly too, ( 1993 1830, and a 1999 Signature 240), with great service now for over 15 years I've delt with them, so it's no wonder A & S gets high marks from all it's boat companies for customer service. I will continue to buy Chaparrals, and continue to buy them from A & S Boats!
