Pat Boeshart, founder and CEO of LiteForm Technologies in South Sioux City, Nebraska, spent his early career as a professional contractor. After being introduced to ICF construction in the 1980s, Pat invented and patented the components for the LiteForm concrete form system. The LiteForm family of products include FlexxBoard25-Construction grade insulating foam board, FlexxBlock Insulating Concrete Forms for residential and commercial products, LiteDeck solid concrete alternatives for floor, roof, and deck applications in residential, commercial and safety structure products, and Xtreme Bond-a concrete wall panel system where a composite action between our EPS foam and concrete creates and extreme and revolution bond resulting in a fully insulated concrete panel with superior thermal performance.
