CHIMNEY cake (KüRTőS KALáCS) is originally from Hungary and served AS wedding cake. It has a unique beautiful cylindrical shape and a special texture. Traditionally it was baked open fire over charcoal on a cylindrical Wooden roll and topped with Cinnamon. Almonds. Walnuts or just sugar. The surface is sweet and crispy but the inside is soft and warm. It is a special pastry that YOU Can’t GET enough of and want more!.
