I am so sorry that you have had a bad exsperence I am a delivery guy for ez rent to own and hearing your stories makes me vary unhappy with the manger it is vary sad that they have treated you so badly I will do everything I can to make the customers happy I hope that you all will read this

I rent to own usually through Aarons, which they were great! Then my husband suggested we try E-Z II Rent to Own so we called them to see what kind of deal we could work out on a TV, over the phone, the deal sounded great...we visited their shop on State Street and picked up the TV and signed the contract...and it has been harassment since then! They refuse to pick up the TV after being asked time and time again to pick it up, their store people are complete aholes, especially the Store Manager Willy! Their people started calling my parent's house and harassing them about it, and that is where it stops! I am sick to death of their bull! I hope they never get another customer and the company goes under!

First we got a computer from them and hadn't even had it a week when the hard drive crashed. They told us it was brand new and out of the box. Yeah right!!! Then the bed we got from them had BED BUGS!!!! And they won't do anything about it either except took the bed back. They constantly call and harass you!
