Absolutely terrible company on every level imaginable. They have had a mattress I ordered off of Wayfair for over a week now and it still has not been delivered. Not only did they fail to contact me to schedule delivery for nearly 4 days, they cancelled the scheduled delivery at the last minute on the day of delivery and could not provide me with another confirmed delivery date. Very convenient for them that the cancellation occurred late on a Friday afternoon and they do not operate over the weekends. Not one single person I spoke with at this company was able to offer any consistent, reliable information regarding my delivery to myself or to Wayfiar directly. As a result I contacted Wayfair directly to cancel my order. After reading other reviews about Ship-Right Solutions I am dumbfounded that they are still an advertised Wayfair partner, considering the amount of revenue they have likely cost the company.

These people are no better than crooks. You can only talk to low level functionaries who will not let you talk to a supervisor and only repeat their "policy" of now refunds, even though their product didn't work. They don't deserve the one star I gave them

I wish I could rate zero stars for this business, their response time and overall professionalism was horrid. After paying for rush delivery it has now been 3 weeks since I placed my order and have yet to receive it. I have had to have an ongoing email dialog after they "lost" my payment/order information even though the debit to my account was pricessed within 24 hours. They always responded to my questions about the order saying they did not have access to the information or that it would be available in 1-2 days. Finally, after multiple threats by me to cancel my order I was told last Thursday that it had shipped but it would be another 24-48 hours before they could provide a tracking number which I didn't receive until the following Monday. The tracking info indicated that the order was only received by post office in Monday so clearly I was lied to about the ship date.
