Established in 2003, River's Bend Health Care is a locally owned and operated 100-bed facility. Our way of life is providing high quality healthcare in an attentive and supportive environment for residents and their families. We strive to create a warm, caring and supportive home that honors the unique personality, wants and needs of each resident. Our goal is to help residents recover from illness, injury or surgery so they can return home; or to be as independent as possible, healthy and comfortable in the long term care environment.

The best decision I ever made!

The Staff was awesome and the cleanliness was also very good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for sure. The meals were very tasty and it was home cooking . I was very shocked to find this place so different than other rehab places I've been in the past.
