I took my 4 year old daughter here for an emergency visit due to abrasion in the eyes. Both of us walked out of there crying. The office staff to start with was not friendly at all except one man at the end of our visit who offered my daughter water after hearing the doctor YELL at her. This office is all about money just like most places now a days. Not about the client at all. My poor daughter was in pain and scared because he was prying her eye open and putting drops and such in there and so he yelled STOP IT! STOP CRYING..IF YOU KEEP CRYING I CAN'T HELP YOU AND YOU CAN'T GO HOME! And yes I said YELLING. I couldn't believe he said what he said. And its not like she was carrying on for a long time she was rightful scared and in pain. Thankfully he did help her eye, but I have never been treated so horribly in my life or have had my daughter yelled at like that by a stranger. Shame on him and his office for not being compassionate and traumatizing my daughter!!!
