General Info
It all started in a small place in India, the founder Late S. Attar Singh Chawla was trying to improve upon one of his favorite recipes in his restaurant in his free time when he ended up with a dish, which was to become the famous Chawla’s Cream Chicken. It is different in taste as the ingredients used are different; it is cooked in milk and cream and delicately flavored with a mix of secret spices. Later as the restaurant became a legend they added various vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, this was Chawlas 2.0. The exotic flavors of Chawla’s cuisine have been tantalizing India’s palate for server generations. It is one of the biggest food chains in India specializing in Indian cuisines which was a pioneer in using locally procured fresh ingredients for their dishes. Lately it has spread its wings to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and finally to the United States in New York.It all started in a small place in India, the founder Late S.
