General Info

Dr. Phillips was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Fordham University in New York with a degree in Biology. Dr. Phillips earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. He completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where was awarded the prestigious Helen Landsman award. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Phillips is a member of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr Phillips has been in private practice since 1981 and has been at his present location since 1991. He and his wife, Susan, have been married for over 35 years and have two grown children. He enjoys golf and spending time with his two wonderful grandsons.
